TRADITIONAL FOOD FROM YOGJAKARTA

When you visit Yogyakarta, you will see something different when eating there. It is called Angkringan. Angkringan is one of the culinary attractions in Yogyakarta. Angkringan KR ( Kedaulatan Rakyat ) is a very crowded place by visitors.  It is located at  Jl. Mangkubumi near Malioboro. A lot of variation of foods and drinks so you will not be less of options.

Joss Coffee is a unique coffee from Yogyakarta. It added by a hot charcoal which make it more delicious. Some people believe that it would gain your health and the taste of coffee itself.

Gudeg

Made from  dried Jackfruit with coconut milk and other vegetables, Gudeg is also one of original foods of Yogyakarta. The taste is really good but if you don’t like jackfruit We don’t recommended you for try.
Bakpia
You only can find this in Yogyakarta. One of the original foods of Yogyakarta called bakpia. With lots of flavors you could buy it in a low price.
